A&A does a great job. They installed a standing seam metal roof on our house about 6 months before hurricane Micheal hit Bay County. I believe the roof they installed saved our home from extensive damage and am thankful for Wayne and his team! Great people providing great service and a quality product! Highly recommended!
We had a leak in our roof caused by a bad installation of a vent boot from the original builder. Water was seeping underneath the boot due to the absence of caulk and found its way through the roof at a nail hole causing damage to the drywall underneath the leak. Wayne came out, diagnosed the problem, and sealed the boot and screwed down a few others that were not sitting flush. He inspected the rest of the roof and said everything else looks great. We’re feeling much better about the roof over our heads! Everyone I talked to at A&A is friendly, professional, and accommodating. PLUS, they don’t charge for work that doesn’t need to be done. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
These guys did a great job overall, once I got the gutters and everything worked well got a beautiful aluminum roof, Great staff, great owner,, they did not even wish to have a deposit or any money upfront until they were completely finished, that is definitely a five-star company to me, if you are to trust a roofer as you know in Florida especially when they are not asking for money and a $20,000 roof that is awesome great service great people got the job done we love our aluminum roof thank you very much and I recommend this place to everyone..
This is a wonderful company to deal with. They are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job! We have a few rental properties they have done and our own home. We have never had a problem with quality, workmanship, or leaks. Everyone was professional, friendly and responsive. The roofs look great, including the ones that were done many years ago. During Hurricane Michael, the roofs they did for us held up without leaks!!! We were among the few that had intact roofs after this Category 5 hurricane! We are grateful to the whole crew.
Just a quick note of appreciation. A&A replaced the roof of our home in 2019 prior to us purchasing the home. We noticed some minor issues and asked them to come out and fix things. Frankly, I was thinking they'd want to charge us since we are not the original owners. Instead, we received prompt, courteous, professional service and repair. I highly recommend A&A!
Great company - easy to work with, professional, great workmanship. They stand behind their work. Years later, we still have no leaks or problems with the two roofs they replaced. They provided valuable assistance in trying to repair our family members’ roof when another company had botched the job. When our current home needed a new roof, they were our only consideration.
A&A roofing did a great job installing my new metal roof and skylight! They followed the 2020 Florida building codes for Metal roofs and the cost wasn't much more than my last roof installation around 12 years ago. The crew worked hard in the summer heat, finished in two days and cleaned up everything before leaving. Office Manager LesLee Tucker generated a Wind Mitigation form to send to my Insurance provider for a discount.
